Why every client review now happens on the live page

Screenshots in email threads cost us days per project. Here's how moving feedback onto the live site changed the way we run client reviews.

For years, client feedback arrived as screenshots with arrows drawn in Paint, scattered across email threads. Finding the latest version of a comment was a job in itself.

Feedback belongs where the problem is

When a client can click on the exact button that looks wrong and leave a comment right there, nobody has to guess what "the thing at the top" means.

  • Comments are pinned to the element, with the page and device captured
  • Clients comment through a guest link — no account needed
  • Each thread becomes a task on the board with one click

Built in-house — This is why we built ResponseBee — we needed it for our own client work before we ever sold it.

What changed for our team

Review rounds got shorter and calmer. Designers see feedback in context, developers get reproducible tickets, and clients can see exactly what was fixed.

The best feedback tool is the one your client doesn't need training to use.
